IBHs program is to prepare females from ages 12-18 to meet the challenges of adolescence and young adulthood through coordinated, progressive, high-quality educational activities. Our structured program will help each adolescence achieve social, emotional, spiritual, and physical balance. All teen girls will participate in one-on-one mentoring, community service, and other enrichment activities that will lead each of them to a course of action. They will gain the ability to analyze their own strengths and weaknesses, set personal and vocational goals, while gaining the self-confidence and self-esteem to pursue and achieve their personal goals.

The projected outcome for IBHs teen girls as they enroll in our program is to provide each of them with the tools and the support they need in the process of growth, while working through developing and setting short and long-term goals.
